  • 2015 Linda resigned from her teaching position February of 2015.  She and her husband retired to Texas.  For this, and other personal reasons, she has been on hiatus from her art through the remainder of the year.

  • 2017 December - Invited to be a contributor in the book 'Draw Landscapes in Colored Pencil' where I demonstrate my technique transitioning a grassy background.

  • 2018 November - "Lake Ellyn Boathouse" was selected  as one of five in the UART Fall contest.

  • 2019 Health hiatus but "Summer Sunset" published in 'Hidden Treasures V' book.

  • 2020 Hiatus...then Covid shut down so no opportunities and decided it was time to explore new techniques & surfaces.

  • 2021 Still under Covid restrictions she attended zoom art groups and CPSA chapter events on zoom and became Vice President of the CPSA Texas Chapter 224.

  • 2022 Vice President of the Colored Pencil Society of America Texas chapter 224

  • 2022 Included in Ann Kullbergs 'The Pencil Box' ; her drawing 'When Oceans Rise will be in the July 2022 issue.
